buckwheat

Yellow, it's all about different shades of yellow now. This ochre (or buckwheat) yellow is so beautiful.

After all the cardigans I've knitted this year, I wanted one simple pullover. Simple and wearable and fun. Lots of stockinette, which I love and fun short rows for the neckline shaping. I've always loved the boat necks - with the two buttons for closure this is surely one of the best!

Pattern: my own
Yarn: Malabrigo sock
Needles: 4 mm and 3 mm

Kyllä kelpaisi taas tämäkin ohje.
Sulla on selvästi samat mieltymykset neuleiden suhteen kun mulla.

I really, truly love this sweater. This is SO the kind of thing I want to pull on in the fall/winter, almost every day! Simple, but with lvoely details, and a gorgeous colour. Veera, you've done it again!!!

You've come up with so many fantastic sweaters using Malabrigo Sock! I have three skeins in eggplant and I'm having trouble deciding which one to make!

Now that's nice! I am so gonna take some knitting classes. Learning crochet, but I'm so attracted to knits.
